Terms of service

All prices on this website are starting prices for the named service. Final cost depends on the pest, the infestation, the size of the property, and the treatment. You will receive a quote before work begins. A free estimate is a look and a price for suspected termite activity. It is not a warranty.

Paramount Pest Solutions Inc does not price-match. Acceptance of service is acceptance of the quoted price for the work described.

Access for treatment, pets secured as directed, and payment of the quoted amount are required. We may decline work that cannot be performed safely or to label.

Premium includes a termite warranty for homes that qualify. If we find termites or other wood-destroying insects, you get an estimate.

The termite warranty does not cover the repair, removal, or replacement of any termite damage, either now or in the future. It covers spot treatments on the area of active termite infestation, in accordance with state law. The warranty requires a signature before it is active, to meet ODAFF standards.
