How we treat termites
If you think you’ve got termites, we’ll come look at no charge. That free visit covers termites; other pests are a regular service call. Treatment starts at $900, priced off your house: square footage, lineal footage, garage, crawlspace or slab, and foundation type.
We use Termidor SC or Taurus SC (fipronil). It’s non-repellent, so termites don’t know it’s there. They carry it back and spread it through the colony. Applied by the label, every time.
Termidor label — post-construction EP/LI, in brief
- Licensed technicians apply Termidor SC or Taurus SC (fipronil 9.1%) by the label.
- Mode of action: fipronil is a phenylpyrazole. It blocks GABA-gated chloride channels in the insect nervous system. Termites do not detect it, forage through treated soil, and pass it through the colony.
- Post-construction on the Termidor label is Exterior Perimeter / Localized Interior (EP/LI): a continuous treated zone along the exterior foundation, plus interior treatment only where termite activity is found. If the interior is quiet, interior work is not required.
- In Oklahoma this is commonly performed as a full-barrier / whole-house service. Final mix and method follow the label and the structure.
- People and pets stay off treated soil until it is dry. We tell you before we start.
- Premium includes a termite warranty for homes that qualify. Signature required before it is active, to meet ODAFF standards.

Warranty
Premium includes a termite warranty for homes that qualify. If we find termites or other wood-destroying insects, you get an estimate.
The termite warranty does not cover the repair, removal, or replacement of any termite damage, either now or in the future. It covers spot treatments on the area of active termite infestation, in accordance with state law. The warranty requires a signature before it is active, to meet ODAFF standards.
